Refund and Reimbursement Policy

Aspire Learning is committed to clear and transparent tuition policies for all families.

Tuition Refund Policy

Tuition is reserved on a yearly basis to secure staffing, curriculum access, and student enrollment. For this reason, refunds are limited as outlined below:

• Prior to the first day of school:
  Families who withdraw before the academic year begins will receive a full refund minus a $500 cancellation fee.

• After the first day of school:
  No refunds will be issued once the academic year has begun.

Utah Fits All Scholarship

For students participating in the Utah Fits All Scholarship program, any eligible refund will not be issued directly to families. All refunds will be remitted to Odyssey for deposit back into the student’s scholarship account, in accordance with program requirements and Aspire Learning’s refund policy.

Additional Information

• The official withdrawal date is the date written notice is received by Aspire Learning.

• Refunds apply to tuition only and do not include any out-of-pocket expenses such as books, materials, or optional services.

• Enrollment signifies agreement with this refund policy.
